Who should attend? Contractors, suppliers, refiners, estimators, engineers, designers, public works representatives and anyone with an interest in asphalt pavements or road construction. There will be ample networking opportunities.
How can I register? Space is limited, so registration must be completed in advance and must be completed on-line. Click on the "Register Now!" button in the right sidebar of this website. Payment options include paying via PayPal account, via credit card without logging in to PayPal, or by mailing a check or bringing a check to the event. Payment must be received prior to the start of the conference to guarantee admittance.
How much does it cost to attend? Registration fees are $89 for CalAPA Members and Public Agency Representatives, and $109 for Non-Members. Members and Public Agencies must register by October 15th to receive the discounted price. After October 15th all registrations are $109. The registration fee includes refreshments and lunch.
Where is the Forum being held? The Forum will be held at the Radisson Hotel, 500 Leisure Lane in Sacramento, CA. There is ample free parking. A limited number of rooms are available for a special rate of $99 for conference attendees. Call the Radisoon Hotel directly at (916) 922-2020 for details. Note: The deadline to reserve your room at this special conference rate is Sept. 30.
What time is the conference? Registration for the conference opens at 7:30 a.m., and refreshments will be served. The program begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at noon. Lunch will be served at approximately noon.
